Project Planning For Success
The old adage "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." could not be more true
when it comes to software development.
Our project lifecycle follows a standard 8-phase Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Once the
business requirements have been established and agreed to, the development team will follow a Rapid
Application Development model (RAD), utilizing Agile Development Methodologies. The team will rapidly
build a working prototype of the desired system. Along each development step, with feedback from the
client, testing of the prototype will occur. Based on testing, the client will either approve the
prototype modules or make Change Requests. Any change requests will be made to the system as
quickly as possible. Once all change requests have been implemented, the team will move to the next module in the development cycle. Once all modules have been completed and accepted, the project will move to closure and sign off.
